Leavenworth County Commission District 5 candidate forum is Saturday morning
There will be a candidate forum Saturday morning for candidates vying for the new Leavenworth County Commission’s Ffith District.
The forum will run 9-10:30 a.m. Saturday at the VFW Hall in Tonganoxie.
Republican Mike Stieben, Democrat Stuart Sweeney and independents David Frese and Curtis Oroke make up the field. The election will take place March 26.
