Tonganoxie Rec Commission Easter Egg Hunt set for March 28

These photos were taken at VFW Park, but additional hunts and activities also took place at Chieftain Park.Tonganoxie Recreation Commission will have its annual Easter Egg Hunt at the end of the month.
This year’s event will be 3-4 p.m. March 28 at the TRC baseball and softball fields. Egg hunt times for ages infants to 3 years old will be 3:10-3:20 p.m., with half of the field for youths up to 1 year old and the rest 2-3. Youths ages 4-6 will have their hunt from 3:25-3:35 p.m. and youths ages 7-10+ will take to the field from 3:40-3:50 p.m.
Other activities also are planned. There will be photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny, face painting with Miss Suzie, cow-themed inflatables, corn hole, bubbles with Tonganoxie Public Library and a visit from Riverview Rescue dogs.
