The incident occurred around 1:20 p.m. May 2 near the intersection of 254th Street and Alexander Road, said Maj. James Sherley, the undersheriff with the Leavenworth County Sheriff’s Office. He declined to provide any additional information about the incident since it involves a juvenile. No foul play is suspected.

The intersection is located just across the Douglas County line into Leavenworth County.
