Good Shepherd has large list of needs this week

Good Shepherd Thrift Shop and Food Bank recently got a facelift with a newly painted awning, new sign and updated and more efficient windows.Good Shepherd Thrift Shop and Food Bank has a few current needs for the pantry.
To help fill in the gaps, volunteers are asking for jelly, laundry detergent, pork and beans, cooking oil, soups (chicken and noodles, tomato), skillet dinners, canned chili and stew, Chef Boyardee canned products, saltines, coffee, fruit juice, sliced cheese, fresh fruits and vegetables.
Good Shepherd, at 423 E. Fourth St., accepts donations for the store and food bank 9 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday unless it’s closed for a holiday that falls on one of those days. The store is open 9 a.m.-2 p.m. those days, as well as 5-8 p.m. Thursdays.
