The Leavenworth County 4-H Council will have Breakfast with the Grinch in December. The event will be 8-11 a.m. Dec. 14 at the Leavenworth County Fairgrounds Administration Building. Cost is $7 for youths ages 6 and older and $3 for ages 5 and younger.
