Native flower mural transforms Leavenworth County Fairgrounds fence
Visitors to the Leavenworth County Fairgrounds were greeted by a colorful mural of native Kansas wildflowers surrounding the Native Garden, a volunteer-driven project completed just in time for the start of the Leavenworth County Fair. The mural stretches across six wooden fence panels surrounding an HVAC enclosure attached to the large barn near the fairgrounds’ gazebo and Native Garden.
