Tonganoxie Arts Council names winners during inaugural sidewalk chalk competition
Artists left their marks on Fourth Street on Saturday with the Tonganoxie Arts Council’s Sidewalk Chalk Art Competition. Winning first place in the adult category was Toby Sanders of Tonganoxie with the “U.S. 250 Celebration” piece.
