Knights of Lights at the REnaissance Festival.

Tickets still remain for Saturday’s Madrigal Feaste in Tonganoxie, though more tickets still remain for the afternoon show.

This year’s Madrigal Feaste at the Tonganoxie Middle School commons area will be the 22nd installment of the Renaissance Era event and is titled “The Magical Feast” as a nod to what the event’s namesake sometimes has been called.

There will be a 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. show Dec. 9 at TMS, 824 Washington St. Director Tom Gifford said Monday night that the evening showing was nearing a sellout, but more tickets were still available for the afternoon show.

Parking is between TMS and TES for the event.

The Tonganoxie Vocal Music Department again will be putting on the shows, complete with singing, some acting, food and even crowd participation.

For reservations, guests may email Gifford at tgifford@tong464.org.

Advance tickets are required with a $10 minimum contribution for each. No tickets will be sold at the door.

Long-stemmed roses also can be purchased for a small fee, with proceeds going to the vocal music department.

The Concert Choir, the Treble Choir and Chieftain Singers all will perform during Saturday’s two shows.
