Tongie Tailgate moves inside Chieftain Arena for kickoff party
The Tongie Tailgate took a turn Friday thanks to Mother Nature, but the event still went on with hot dogs and recognitions. School officials moved the event at Beatty Field inside to Chieftain Arena as precaution during inclement weather in the area. The change in venue didn’t deter the community from gatheringt to celebrate a new school year, though.
