Organizers asking for photo submissions through years as Leavenworth County Fair celebrates 100 years
Organizers are working on a commemorative video celebrating 100 years of the Leavenworth County Fair and they’re asking for assistance from the public in providing photos through the years to include in the video. Stephanie Shupe said she’s asking for photos from various decades as the fair celebrates 100 years in Tonganoxie. The early Leavenworth County Fair installments went by a different name, but the inaugural celebration was in 1926. Fair photos can be sent to lvcofairphotos@gmail.com.
