- Two children were killed last Saturday in a two-car accident that was severe enough to have 18 emergency vehicles respond to the scene. Police identified the victims Monday, Justin Williams, 11, of Tonganoxie and Tiffany Russell, 7, of Kansas City, Kan., both lost their lives in the accident. The accident also left four others injured ,who have remained hospitalized.
